Warren L. Brown | Principal, Boston Commercial Properties

Warren founded Boston Commercial Properties in 1989 and since that time he has developed one of Greater Boston's very best boutique commercial real estate brokerage shops. He and Red Dome Realty founder JP Plunkett have been friends and been doing business together since 1993. A few years ago Red Dome and Boston Commercial created an strategic alliance through which via combined forces they offer both landlord, selling and tenant clients big company power that is accented by the entrepreneurial spirit that only a small firm can put forth.

His long list of very satisfied clients include Eagle Electric Supply, RCN and Sullivan Tire Company. Warren is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University and lives in Newton with his wife and two daughters.

The burgeoning Red Dome/Boston Commercial strategic alliance has some very exciting business percolating. It has already represented Edward Brooke School in its acquisition of land in the Roslindale section of Boston for a new campus and Aaron Spencer in the sale of the Pizzeria Unos's office headquarters in Boston's West Roxbury section.
