Warren L. Brown
Senior Director

Warren founded Boston Commercial Properties in 1989 and since that time he has developed one of Greater Boston's very best boutique commercial real estate brokerage shops. He and Red Dome Realty founder JP Plunkett have been friends and been doing business together since 1993. A few years ago Red Dome and Boston Commercial created an strategic alliance through which via combined forces they offer both landlord, selling and tenant clients big company power that is accented by the entrepreneurial spirit that only a small firm can put forth.

His long list of very satisfied clients include Eagle Electric Supply, RCN and Sullivan Tire Company. Warren is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University and lives in Newton with his wife and two daughters.

The burgeoning Red Dome/Boston Commercial strategic alliance has some very exciting business percolating. It has together represented Edward Brooke School in its acquisition of land in the Roslindale section of Boston for a new campus, Aaron Spencer in the sale of the Pizzeria Uno's office headquarters in Boston's West Roxbury section, the Pow family estate in a $7.48m industrial sale in South Boston, and it brokered the sale of 70 acres in Raynham, MA off Route 495.

 

Allix Karas
Director, Marketing & Brokerage Support

Allix and JP Plunkett have been working together in some fashion for well over 10 years, since their time together at Hunneman, creating great synergies that directly benefit Red Dome Realty’s clients.

With a background in retail and e-commerce, Allix has a keen ability to understand the many facets of customer satisfaction. Her marketing prowess is perhaps her greatest professional attribute.

Allix oversees Red Dome Realty’s fliers, website and other promotional activities. She’s also instrumental in coordinating many of the firm’s research activity and initiatives. More and more she’s getting involved with operational duties.

A native of a suburb north of Boston, Allix lives in Boston’s Seaport with her husband and daughter. She’s a graduate of the University of Maryland. Her hobbies include reformer pilates, reading, and traveling.

Andrew L. Ward

Associate Director, Business Development

Andrew Ward has been consulting with Red Dome since 2015 and is now more formally affiliated to help the firm secure and drive new business opportunities, particularly in urban areas. A graduate of Bentley College, where he starred in both the classroom and on the football field, Andrew lives in south of Boston, with his family.

Andrew's vast experience includes running Ward Financial Services, a boutique insurance and money management shop as well as being Executive Director of Business, Finance and Development for Mattapan/Stoughton-based Jubilee Christian Church, one of the largest religious congregations in Massachusetts, for whom he is an ordained deacon.

He is a board member for the DJ Dream Fund of Easton and very active in youth basketball. Andrew is an avid golfer and member of Thorny Lea Country Club in Brockton.
